Catherine is a NY-based photo editor.

Born and raised in California, she spent most of her childhood outdoors, exploring the woods and coastline. She fell in love with photography at the age of 15 when she started shooting b&w film and making prints in the darkroom. Her fascination with her natural surroundings inspired her work and fueled her love for abstract and conceptual photography. Pursuing a career in the photo industry, she left the west coast to attend the School of Visual Arts, where she later graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography.

She has over ten years of experience in the industry. Previous work experiences include: Hearst Corporation’s Food Network Magazine and Studio D, Frans Lanting Inc. of National Geographic, Sports Illustrated, Shutterstock, Trunk Archive, Topix Media Lab, InPickleball Magazine, The Design Leadership Network, Rizzoli Publishing, and Susan Schadt Press.
